Pet Health Club for Puppies

Puppy Health Club

8-9 weeks:            Exam with doctor, DHPP, testing for intestinal parasites, Iverhart (1 month heartworm prevention/parasite control), Activyl (1 month flea/tick prevention), nail trim

11-12 weeks:        Exam with veterinary assistant, DHLPP #2, Iverhart (1 month heartworm prevention/parasite control), Activyl (1 month flea/tick prevention), nail trim

14-15 weeks:        Exam with veterinary assistant, DHLPP#3, Rabies vaccination, Iverhart (2 months heartworm prevention/parasite control), Activyl (2 months flea/tick prevention), nail trim

6 months:            Proheart 6 (six months heartworm prevention), flea/tick/mosquito preventative collar, broad spectrum intestinal de-wormer, Activyl (6 months flea/tick prevention).

6 months-1 year: Spay or neuter surgery, Pre-operative blood panel, IV catheter for surgery, hydromorphone (post-operative pain control), Tramadol (pain medication to go home), Home Again Microchip with registration, nail trim

*If a female is in heat at the time of spay, an additional fee may be charged due to extended surgery time.
